At first I just kind of stopped fishing but then my uncle wanted to go camping at eagle lake and get a boat so we went and the whole way there he talked about how I was on his teritory and how he was going to out fish me because I didn't have any of the right takle. Well I showed him I started to throw big plugs and right away I had a nice size trout within the fisrt 5 minutes he said I just got lucky but soon I had another but he was to stubburn to try any of my takle and got skunked I only cought 2 that day but that's because it did not take long before he wanted to go back to camp.ever since that day I have had a open mind and started to fish the truckee river and have had lots of success on a varity of colors and lures all of them bass lures I have bought a few trout lures but I have yet to catch anything with them.
